The Royal Spelling Bee has been operating for a quite a couple of years now. The foundation involves running mini-spelling bees in individual schools, assisting the schools to open functional English clubs, publishing spelling books, distributing them to schools and encouraging kids to register with the national library.

The national spelling bee intensive program:

This is a program within the spelling bee foundation that moulds exam ready students. It is carried out in such a manner that children enrol in weekend/holiday classes whereby they learn words from a variety of subjects at all levels of study.

It is more than just studying; educational and recreational games are an integral part of this in an attempt to make the program more appealing. The program is run through trained volunteers and teachers.
